Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Nurture a positive working environment and manage the performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Human Resources management.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Experience in the logistics or manufacturing industry is a plus.
