Senior Manufacturing Engineer (100-150K)

We have an outstanding opportunity available for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in the Syracuse, NY area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize Productivity: Lead cost-saving initiatives, process flow improvements, and automation solutions.
• Support Production:  Document processes, improve efficiency, design CNC tooling/fixtures, and collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations.
• Support New Business:  Work with Purchasing and Engineering on cost estimates and manufacturability for new business.
• Leadership: Lead improvement projects and mentor junior engineers.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred). 
• 5+ years of experience in process optimization and cost-saving measures within CNC and manual machining environments.
• Proficiency in GD&T and CAD.
