• Learn the intricacies of our pneumatic conveying system design software and become the “go-to” resource for all things equipment sizing and design related.
• Consult with Regional Sales Engineers, Project Managers, Process Engineers, and Field Service Technicians to develop process solutions.
• Contribute to recruitment activities to develop a team of Process Engineers.
• Leading the team of Process Engineers through management and mentorship.
• Design systems while training our Process Engineers and Sales Engineers to do so themselves. 
• Grow company application knowledge through further education of bulk material processing techniques and providing direct interaction with our team. 
• Review the work of our Regional Sales Engineers and Process Engineers to ensure quality of the product. 
• Maintain relationships with our suppliers’ design engineers.
• Grow company offering to include layout/design and installation services whenever possible. 
• Specify system design and prepare documentation for handoff to sales for quoting. 
• Understand the importance of time management and work to develop solutions quickly.

• BS Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
• Extensive experience in designing pneumatic conveying systems and dust collection systems.
• Knowledge and understanding of bulk material processing.
• Solid grasp of dry bulk process design, system integration, and project execution.
