Maintain and write detailed clean up procedures and SSOPs for all plant equipment. &lt;p&gt;

Assists in Monthly Plant inspection process. &lt;p&gt; Interface with vendors for cost savings, ordering departmental supplies, and arranging special services in plant (pesticide applications, contracted cleaning and painting, carpet cleaning, new dust collection filter technologies). &lt;p&gt;
Customer Audits and follow-up on corrective actions. &lt;p&gt;


Qualifications: &lt;p&gt;

• BS Science related area. &lt;p&gt;
• Supervisory experience in a food-manufacturing environment. &lt;p&gt;
• Sanitation or Quality related experience in a baking / flour based foods environment. &lt;p&gt;
• Certified by AIB (American Institute of Baking) in the area of plant sanitation for food processing. &lt;p&gt; 
• Knowledge and experience with pest control. &lt;p&gt;
