The company also operates a newly acquired banquet and event center accommodating groups of 50-1000 from lavish weddings and anniversaries to formal corporate events and parties.
Responsibilities:
Report directly to owners, oversee the 3 operations, manage and direct daily operations, front and back of the house through GM’s in producing results and improving the culture.
This is the key role in increasing customer satisfaction and retention.
Product, service quality, improve and execute systems and procedures, control profit and loss, manage budget process, ensure the financial integrity of all financial reports, optimize sales levels, marketing initiatives and programs, business development, strategic management, supervise recruiting and training of managers and staff, serve as the primary liaison between operations and the local communities.

Qualifications:
BS / BA
5+ years.
Successful, multi-unit, full-service management, dynamic, enthusiastic leader.
Event management and catering sales a plus.
