| Increase the distribution and sales of brand products through the Grocery, Natural, Mass Market, Specialty Food and Warehouse Club classes of trade from ME to FL.
Execute the annual marketing plan. Provide sales and service to all customers - retailers and distributors. Promotional ideas, manage the broker network, achieve sales revenue, budget & profit goals, manage quarterly / annual sales budgets, utilize IRI syndicated data to identify sales opportunities and develop sales presentations and make regularly scheduled sales calls on all major customers.
Manage sales volume, trade spending, interact with marketing, utilizing sales support materials and Food Shows. Manage regional budget by sku and trade spending for all brands. Track and report all competitive activity.
Perform store audits to ascertain distribution and competitive status. Participate in store sets / resets and build relationship at store level.
Develop sales plans and implementation of sales programs.
Attend Regional and National shows.
Understand priority sku’s, selling points, competitive advantages, merchandising standards.
Present syndicated data numbers for sales calls, sales training or HQ requests.
Qualifications:
BS/BA.
Experience in distribution and sales of branded products through the Natural, Mass Market, Specialty Food and Warehouse Club classes of trade, Broker Management, Distributor Management, Forecasting, Business Planning, Budget Management, Sales Presentations, Brand Awareness, IRI Data Analysis, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet.
Able to travel region extensively.
