Description: Responsibilities: Preparing students for success in the Food Service / Restaurant Management field, which ranks 3rd as one of the fastest-growing industries, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Food Service Management. The program is standards-based, hands-on training with an emphasis on operations management and mastering basic professional culinary skills. Instruct students in courses within the Food Service / Restaurant discipline. Provide learning activities that stimulate student involvement and encourage critical thinking. Integrate life skills, interpersonal skills, and workforce development skills with academics.Training and evaluation of students in all aspects of how to manage employees, marketing, sanitation, and controlling and managing a food service operation.
