Responsibilities: Lead several high profile accounts, will play a pivotal role in project management, maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty through ensuring exceptional service and creating value. Act as the liaison between the internal technical departments, marketing and the relevant customer organizational functions. Ensure the smooth functioning of customer projects, serve as the day-to- day customer contact. Research, understand and anticipate customer needs; provide value-added service and build relationships. Effectively manage customer projects. Proactively anticipate and manage interface between customer and associated organizations. Demonstrate strong understanding and awareness of customer issues in order to provide strategic planning to customers and stakeholders. Develop and present plans that address business goals, challenges, solutions, measurement criteria and budgets. Qualifications: BS - Biological Science, Food/Animal Science, Agricultural Science or related. 7+ years project management experience and managing commercial customer relationships. An understanding of how modern molecular biology plays in food production. Knowledge of the meat processing industry. Handle customer issues, provide detailed technical assistance.
