MS or MBA required.

Strong verbal, written communication, presentation and leadership skills.
Ability to manage, train, develop faculty as well as organizing, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments.
Knowledge of curriculum and lesson plan development.
Knowledge of Class Room Management Techniques.
