  • We will manage the interview process with you and for the candidate.
    Immediate follow-up is our policy with our clients and candidates to determine further interest.
  • Reference checks.
  • Assist in the salary negotiations and relocation package if offered.
  • Upon acceptance, a smooth transition is vital; whatever it takes to assist you in successfully bringing the new manager aboard.
  • 30-day follow-up with you and the new manager to ensure expectations have been met.
